Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, design and implementation of electrical projects, with the goal of leading teams and advising clients through the whole project process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Budget cost control of assigned electrical projects.
  • Monitor budget, resources and all project progress.
  • Review all project specifications, contracts and cost estimates.
  • Draw up schedules, allocate time, resources, and budget.
  • Manage the project team, assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Respond effectively to field-related concerns and issues.
  • Ensure projects adhere to safety standards, meet quality expectations, and are delivered on time.
  • Recommend project improvements.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and external contractors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring all parties are informed of project progress and any changes to plans.

Qualifications

  • Preferably a graduate of Electrical Engineering or similar (ME, ECE, etc.). Registered Electrical Engineer is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or related experience.
  • With at least 3-5 years of experience as Sales/Account Manager in Construction, Industrial, Commercial, Renewables, Oil & Gas Industry etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • MS Office proficient.
  • Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City and willing to travel to assigned project sites.
  • Valid Driver’s License is required.

Sales Associate
The Sales Associate is committed to providing excellent customer service, armed with a keen understanding of the products and proficiency in sales techniques.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, providing in-depth product knowledge and suggestions based on their needs.
  • Handle customer concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals by using effective sales techniques.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs and increase sales opportunities.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of product features, benefits, and usage to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Gather customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations, including during peak hours or busy seasons.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of Electrical Engineering or similar (ME, ECE, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other associates and affiliates to achieve sales goals.
  • MS Office proficient.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Valid Driver’s License is required.

Tender Sales and Support Engineer (Costing)
The Tender Sales and Support Engineer (Costing) is the technical and costing support throughout the tendering process, with a strong technical background that is key to ensuring that the company’s proposals are competitive, profitable, and compliant with client specifications.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze tender documents to understand client requirements, specifications, and project scope.
  • Perform cost analysis to ensure proposals are competitive and meet profit margins.
  • Identify and propose cost-saving solutions without compromising on quality or technical requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to create winning tenders and proposals that meet client needs and company objectives.
  • Ensure all tender documents are complete and comply with client specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist in developing technical and commercial proposals by providing costing data and project-specific input.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on tender costing, success rates, and improvements to the management team.
  • Ensure all tender cost-related documents are stored and managed according to company policies.
  • Maintain a database of pricing, cost breakdowns, and tenders submitted for future reference.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of Electrical Engineering or similar (ME, ECE, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Excellent cost estimation skills and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and handle pressure during peak tendering periods.
  • MS Office proficient. Experience with costing or estimating software is an advantage.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Valid Driver’s License is required.
